Staff Guidelines

All Staff Members must follow these simple guidelines to remain employed by the P & W VR.....

• Complete 3 or more activities a month

• Be involved in the everyday operations of the railroad (as much as you can.)

• Check the website at least 2 times a week, as it will constantly be updated.

• Respond to all emails sent to you, stating that you received the message.

• Submit your questions and comments often. Don't just sit and let others decide how the VR is run.  Be an active participant!

• If you would like to speak to the CEO or another manager/director please feel free to do so.

• If you know of any good routes/activities not on the schedule please email us. We will be happy to add them, as we want to expand our schedule.
